How bout the green slime that one summer. There was an oil leak somewhere I think and the ocean bottom was gross. Our feet were black and we all had to use rafts to swim. It was disgusting. Does any one know what that crap was? We didn't care though, the waves were great that year.

Nothing kept us out of that water. Kathleen and I though we were mermaids. We would go underwater and twirl around so our hair would look funny when we came up. We had a great time in that dirty water. Some days when it was clear, it would be heaven.
