Now I know, some people have no problem doing this, but I also know lots of people who do have problems. (Love you mom!)
Anyway, I'll try and describe the steps, but keep in mind that I am a geek, so if after reading this, it's of no use at all, let me know and I'll give it another shot.
OK
The first step - you need to first be able to find your pictures on your computer before you can upload them. They are in some folder on your computer and you need to know which folder or folders they are in. If someone e-mailed you a picture that you want to upload, you'll need to save it on your computer (again, in a folder) in order to upload it.
If you can't find which folder your pictures are in, check out the post: "Finding your pictures on your computer" and see if this helps. If you still can't find them, you wont be able to do the next step.
OK, once you know what folder the picture(s) you want to upload are in, it's pretty easy.
1. Click on the "My Page" link to get to your own page (your member page).
2. Click on one of the 'add photos' links on your page
3. A window should show up with a bunch of buttons that say "Browse..." on them
4. For each picture or video you want to upload, press the Browse button and find the picture / video on your computer. A window will pop up where you can look for your picture. Click on the picture and press the "OK" button. (If you are having problems with this step, check out the other post "Finding pictures on your computer"
5. You can repeat this step for each picture you want to upload. Use the next browse button down in the list for the next picture until you've used them all, or until you have no more pictures you want to upload. If you want to upload more pictures than you have browse buttons, you'll need to do the next few steps to finish uploading the first batch, and then start over to upload the rest.
6. Last step: Press the big "Upload" button to actually upload all the pictures you've selected.
7. Once the pictures are uploaded, you'll get a screen for each picture that lest you name it and give it a description and a location (if you want). You can just skip this step by hitting the 'next' button (I think it's next anyway).
Now your pictures are uploaded and they're available on your page.
Let me know if this helps or if I can describe it better.
