Well, this is the hardest part about windows for most people. Where the hell are my files?? This is a little difficult to describe because you can put your pictures anywhere you want on your computer, so each persons computer might be different.
When you move your pictures from your camera to your computer, you should try to make note of the folder that the pictures are being moved into. Usually the pictures will end up somewhere in your "My Documents" folder. You can find "My Documents" on your desktop. Once you find the "My Documents" folder, look for another folder inside called "My Pictures". Hopefully your pictures are either in My Documents, or My Pictures. If not, they are likely in one of the other folders inside My Documents, so look around and see if you can find them.
When you are uploading pictures, and you press the browse button, a window will pop up and you'll need to use the window to find the folder where your pictures are. This window has a browse a "My Documents" button on the left (usually) that you can press to open this folder. Then you should see "My Pictures" in the window and can open it by double clicking.
