    your'e right Fran. That is Uncle bill (the guy with the jewelry store) and I don't know if you know this but my father used to work at his store and fix watches for him before he became a cop. There was a building on jeweler's row in Philadelphia was named "Waples Buildling" believe it or not. I recently walked in that area and someone must have bought it because the plaque isn't there anymore. Who were his children? Anyone know - they really must have raked it in from at least the sale of the real estate on jeweler's row.
